Let’s talk about the most sought after freelancing skills of 2023. If you are currently at a nine to five job and you’re looking to work online, or if you are already doing any of these things at your current corporate job, you could probably be making double the amount of money online right now if you offered this as a freelance service.

Number One Social Media Management

Okay? Number one is gonna be social media management, so anything from Instagram manage. Pinterest management, TikTok, YouTube, any Twitter, any of them. Okay. Social media management is huge.

Number Two Tech Integration Or Setup

Number two is gonna be tech integration or setup. This can be anything from project management setup, email marketing platform setup, ticketing software, CRM setups, any type of big tech overhaul that you can own and implement. A hundred percent a way to get paid online.

Number Three Email Marketing

Number three is gonna be email marketing. So if you have any experience writing emails, writing newsletters, writing post purchase emails, writing abandoned cart emails, you could get paid a killing online to do this for companies who need this kind of service.

Number Four Video Creation

Number four, this is a new. If you are really good at video creation, so say you are good at capturing kind of in the moment things and putting videos over it and putting music over it. TikTok and Reel creators are a highly saw after skill that so many online companies are needing to outsource in 2023. So if you can create amazing TikTok content or you can create amazing Instagram Reel content. Huge opportunity for you to work in the online space.

All right, copywriting, this is a huge one. If you can do sales pages, if you can do website pages, if you can write workbooks, anything that relies on copywriting, if you can offer copywriting services to companies and online capacity, you will make killing.

Web design and graphic design: so if you can build websites on Squarespace, on WordPress, on ShowIt – killing to be made online. If you are a designer in Adobe, in Canva, you could be offering this as a digital service to companies online right now.

Our Recommendation

The last one that I’ll offer as a recommendation that is going to be a little different, and maybe for some of you a bit of an unknown, is gonna be called an engagement specialist. Now what this means is you are managing one of two things. You are either managing Instagram comments and DMs from potential clients of a business, or you are managing a Facebook group that is private to a company. The job descriptions are going to vary a little bit depending on what you are offering, but fundamentally, if you love to engage with people, if you’re a good conversation starter, if you like to chat and nurture people, you could be offering engagement services online and be making a killing.
