Be sure to track your progress along the way, and note how your actions have contributed to your success.
We are often our own toughest critics, and it’s easy to feel like you’re not doing enough or that you’re never quite achieving that elusive “perfect” work-life balance. But taking care of yourself through exercise, meditation, or hobbies outside of your work is essential to building confidence.
